Erom Group Startup & Raw Meal
Starting Erom Group out of compassion for patients
In 1994, with the goal of treating cancer patients with immunotherapy and preventive medicine, Dr. Hwang gave up his position as a professor at a medical school and founded a small cancer clinic, Loving Care Clinic, in Gangnam. Later, while researching diet and nutritional therapy, he realised that cancer patients needed food that could help them heal, which led him to develop raw meals. In 1997, recognising that diseases can be fundamentally improved and prevented through the right diet, he started a small company called 'Health Village', the predecessor of 'Erom', based on his experience in the treatment of cancer patients with raw meal therapy and immunotherapy.
Dreaming of a disease-free and happy world with Erom Group
From 2001 to 2013, he strived to scientise and popularise raw meals by conducting in-depth research on the efficacy and safety of raw meals for more than a decade, and recently discovered new possibilities of raw meals by identifying the pre-cancer prevention mechanisms for the anti-cancer effects of inhibiting mutations and gene hypermethylation based on research on raw meals.
As a physician, he is continuously trying to develop and innovate new nutritional therapies that are more scientific and maximise the therapeutic effect, as he is convinced that natural foods and their useful ingredients can help protect our health and prevent diseases.

Erom Group hopes to continue to provide healthy and
